Pixel 2015 Terms & Conditions

The following general terms must be followed when using the Pixel 2015 platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• You are solely responsible for your use of the platform.
• The terms and conditions of Pixel 2015 are subject to change at any time.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

Pixel 2015 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice — particularly in cases of a breach of these terms.

To create an account on Pixel 2015, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete details may result in your account being terminated at any time.

Information required for registration:

• Full legal name (as per National ID Card)
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (accounts will not be created for users under 18)
• Valid email address (optional but recommended)

KYC Verification:

Pixel 2015 may request any of the following documents at any time to verify your identity:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Screenshot of mobile banking account

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as fraudulent activity.

All transactions on Pixel 2015 are fully secure and processed through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals for standard members are processed within a maximum of 6 hours; VIP members are processed within 5 minutes.
• Daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000 (may vary by VIP level).
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is incomplete.

The following rules always apply when placing bets on pixel 2015:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Bets can be placed up until the event starts; live betting operates under separate rules.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets will be refunded.
• Pixel 2015 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds may be voided.
• The maximum payout per bet varies depending on the event.

Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation will be considered final.

Pixel 2015 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer comes with specific wagering requirements (typically 10x–30x).
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance.
• Bonuses that are not used within the valid period will be automatically cancelled.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Pixel 2015 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Suspected bonus abuse will be investigated and may result in account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pixel 2015:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automation software.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to access or hack into another member's account.
• Exploiting any bug or technical error on the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Use of a false identity or forged documents.
• Harassing or intimidating other members on the platform.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate account closure, full balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support.

• Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
• Pixel 2015 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account found in violation of these terms.
• Suspended accounts cannot be used to log in, make deposits, or place bets.
• Your account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing.
